Road & Acre is a small, founder-led business. This page sets out, in plain terms, what happens to the information you share with us.
Information we collect
When you use the Enquire or Sell Your Vehicle forms, we collect what you choose to submit: your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about a vehicle you own or are looking for. We don't collect anything beyond what's in those forms, and there are no tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this website.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to read your message, review any vehicle you've told us about, and get in touch. Every submission is read personally by Alex, never by an algorithm or a call centre.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are handled by Formspree, the service that delivers them to our inbox. We don't sell, rent or otherwise share your details with any other third party. If we go on to represent or purchase your vehicle, we'll agree separately with you what information is needed for that process.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and vehicle submissions for as long as it's reasonable to, generally for the life of any ongoing conversation, and delete or archive older records periodically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see below.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email [email protected] directly and we'll sort it promptly.
